London School of Tantra.
For facilitation, there is currently no accrediting board or coaching body that truly matters to students. We have found that students choose workshops based on results rather than on a specific accreditation from an outside institution. Please note that the LST™ Facilitator Training programme is not psychology or therapy, for which you need a degree and a licence. We are not affiliated with any university.
The LST™ Facilitation Method is a unique system that incorporates transformational facilitation methodology with holistic embodiment tools and the philosophical wisdom of Tantra and yoga with the understanding of neurobiology. This creates a powerful approach to Tantric workshop facilitation that is cutting-edge and not what you will find in traditional systems.
Yes! We have students who go through the program that are already experienced in Tantra, and many students who have never even been to a Tantra workshop. We will provide you teaching so you get to:
Master the foundations of Tantra so that you can experience the freedom that comes as you embrace these potent tools.
Deepen your Tantric practice if you are already an experienced Tantrica.
The entire first four months of the program are dedicated to your own personal transformation journey around your experience of Tantra in your sex life, love life and whole life. You will discover how to access your uniqueness, confidence and sexual power, while also expanding your depth of presence and capacity to hold space for yourself.
You also receive a bonus four weeks prior to the course which takes you through the LST™ Foundations of Tantra, the history, the core philosophies and how you can start living a deliciously Tantric life right away.
Yes! We have created the programme in a way that works for people who are already 1:1 coaches and facilitators, and many people who have not run workshops or have a coaching practice. We train you on the tools to:
Create a transformational facilitation practice and give you the confidence to become truly masterful in your facilitation skills.
Deepen your facilitation practice if you are already running workshops.
The entire first four months of the program are dedicated to your own personal transformation journey around your experience of sex, love and life. You will discover how to access your authenticity, confidence, power, and energetic sensitivity, while also expanding your heart and capacity to love, and exploring how to create intimate and healthy relationships.
This process allows you to drop deeper into the core facilitation tools in Trimester 2 focused on facilitating your own workshops. We will teach you our 12 Tantric Fundamentals that you can confidently use with any group to get powerful results. This part of the training reveals the foundations of creating a transformational workshop.
While the LST™ Facilitator Certification is here to empower your sexual and relational wholeness in a trauma-informed container, it is not a trauma resolution programme.
If you carry significant trauma, and have not had any support around it (therapy, somatic experiencing, etc.), the course might be too activating for you to complete at this time.
However, if you have already done trauma resolution work and can confidently hold yourself in the face of triggers, then the LST™ Facilitator Certification can be a deeply supportive next step in your healing and empowerment.
The course material is 100% online, with a mix of pre-recorded content combined with live calls where you can speak directly with Rosa, the senior teachers, and other participants. Each week you will have at least 3.5 hours of live calls that you can attend from anywhere in the world, so there are many opportunities to ask live questions and be guided by the teachers.
If you desire to attend the week-long, optional Live Tantric Embodiment Retreat (only for LST™ students!), you will experience the teachings live, in person with Rosa, the senior LST teachers and the community.
In 2026, the programme begins in February and finishes in November.
If you provide evidence of completion of all the videos, personal practices, facilitation session practicums and reading all the material, you will receive a certificate of completion for a 500-hour training in LST™ Tantric Facilitation from the London School of Tantra, signed by Rosa Maxwell.
Proof of completion will include turning in your three completed workbooks that go along with the training manuals, your log-book for your personal practices and meditations as well as your facilitation log-book and video recordings for facilitation practicums and workshop hours.
You have a full 2 years to graduate by November 2027. We will award your certification upon proof of completion up until this date.
We typically see Tantra facilitators charge from £25 - £300 for a workshop. In the LST™ Facilitation Training programme we teach you how to generate £500-£1,000 profit per workshop.
The abundance doesn’t stop here. Workshop facilitation is the best way to bring in high end 1:1 coaching clients because people get to experience and trust you. This means you have consistent people excited to dive deeper into your high end 1:1 work where we see coaches charge £150-£300 an hour and sell coaching packages in the ballpark of £1,200–£10k per client.
We'll train you on aspects of business to help you recognise your purpose and charge what you're worth, how to run profitable events, how to build a business filled with pleasure and much more, allowing you to feel comfortable charging what you desire.
That's okay. Although we recommend you attend live to get the opportunity to connect with your classmates over the material, and interact with the teachers, you don't have to attend live to graduate the programme.
However, to graduate as an LST™ Certified Facilitator, you will have to demonstrate you have watched all of the videos through your log-books, and workbooks, and our video logs that keep records of the videos you have watched.
If you have a high/intermediate-advanced level of English skills, you will be able to take this programme without issues. Some of the language used is specific to this field, so it might be a good idea to plan some extra time to look up the meanings of words that you may not know or rewatch videos.
You have to facilitate in English during the program, so you must submit your graduation materials in English.
A small percentage of our students are from non-English-speaking countries, so it's completely doable! After graduation, you can go on to facilitate in any language you wish.
We fully welcome and celebrate all sexual identities and choices in this course. We embrace and celebrate LGBTQ+ sexuality and want it to be fully included in Tantric work!
The majority of the team at the London School of Tantra identify as queer and one of our highest values is making this work accessible to all genders and sexual orientations compared to other Tantra schools that can be very heteronormative.
We believe all sexual orientations are healthy and natural expressions of human sexuality.
In this programme, it doesn't matter what your sexual orientation is. You work with your own body, layers of intimacy and sexuality in a way that empowers and supports your sexuality, independent of a partner and/or your sexual orientation.
We really, really need more facilitators doing this work who are specialising in LGBTQ+ inclusive Tantra, both in their own experience and with their students, because for too long this work has been taught in a very heteronormative way.
Yes absolutely! At the London School of Tantra we acknowledge that gender is non-binary, fluid and on a spectrum and we support each individual's right to live in alignment with their gender identity. We deeply desire for non-binary and trans people to be fully included in Tantric work.
We do use limited gendered language and do not gender split in the school compared with other Tantra schools or Tantric practices. We may occasionally refer to masculine and feminine energy and are very specific that this refers to energy within the body and not specific gender identities. We might not always get it 100% right but we are committed to creating Tantra as an inclusive space for all gender expressions.
