Why I created the
London School of Tantra
I’m Rosa Maxwell, founder of the London School of Tantra.
The school was born out of a simple but powerful desire to demystify Tantra and make these transformational tools accessible, practical, and life-changing.
The kind of practices that make you say
"Why isn't everyone doing this?"
I started teaching Tantra because it changed my life.
It helped me break free from the conditioning, shame, and fear I carried around sex, love, and relationships and opened me to a life of delicious freedom.
I never knew it could feel this good.
Not just in my relationships or pleasure, but in every area of life. Tantra gave me permission to express my fullest self and to build a business and life I truly love - one rooted in purpose, pleasure, and passion.
I’ve been facilitating transformation for over a decade.
Before founding LST, I spent years in the corporate world training trainers, guiding leaders to change culture and behaviour from the inside out.
Now, my mission is to create the same kind of systemic change in society, to help us shift from a world of disconnection into one of deep, embodied connection.
And what I discovered along the way was this:
I can’t do it alone.
If we really want to change culture, if we want to rebuild intimacy, empathy, and presence…We need an army of expertly trained facilitators who can hold brave, heart-centred spaces for transformation.
